@Taylor@Adobe Flex Training -
There certainly is the so few people get caught mentality going on when it comes to piracy. There is also a lot of people who feel the need to stick it to big companies that charge huge amounts of money for their software. Personally I think adobe would do considerably better in the profit margin if they simply made photoshop and other programs dirt cheap. There would still be some piracy if the program was $25.00 but the total number of units they would sell and how many existing users would be willing to upgrade every time a new version comes out would more than make up for the price difference.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('634','Bradley Hart','@Taylor@Adobe Flex Training<\/a> -\nThere certainly is the so few people get caught mentality going on when it comes to piracy.
I think most people do this these days. Why pay for some expensive product when you can just download it off the internet for free with little to no consequences. It's not the right message to be sending but clearly it is not stopping.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('633','Taylor@Adobe Flex Training','I think most people do this these days.
