The Only Ashley Todd Story I Will Publish
October 24, 2008
I am only going to publish one post on the whole Ashley Todd story. For those that don’t already know the Ashley Todd story here it is in in short:
KDKA - Pittsburgh’s Source for Breaking News, Weather and Sports
A campaign worker who claimed she was the victim of a politically-motivated attack in which she was beaten, kicked and cut, now admits that she made the whole story up. According to a Pittsburgh police spokeswoman, Ashley Todd, 20, told investigators she “was not robbed and there was no 6′4″ black male attacker.” Police say Todd also “indicated that she has prior mental problems.”
What I want to say about this is twofold first will be this woman even if she is judged sane as can be suffers from one of the worst sorts of mental problems racism. It isn’t uncommon among those with many mental disorders, they are afraid of people
in general and especially people who are different from them. I am not excusing racism, nor justifying the actions of anyone, far from it. What I want to bring up when I talk about mental disorders in relationship to Ashley Todd is the fact John McCain wants to reduce and eliminate coverage and eligibility for those with mental disabilities. From my point of view crazy or not she is obviously suffering from sevral psychological problems other than being a racist. John McCain by his desire to keep people like Ashley Todd from getting the help they need endorses them walking around untreated pulling the same kind of delusional crap.
The second thing I want to point out in the only Ashley Todd story I am going to post is just how quick the McCain Campaign people are to capitalize on the racist nature of the story. They purposely went out of their way to not only try and frighten white people but to stir up the racist crowds they have been courting all along.
McCain Communications Director Gave Reporters Incendiary Version Of “Carved B” Story Before Facts Were Known
By Greg Sargent - October 24, 2008, 5:12PMJohn McCain’s Pennsylvania communications director told reporters in the state an incendiary version of the hoax story about the attack on a McCain volunteer well before the facts of the case were known or established — and even told reporters outright that the “B” carved into the victim’s cheek stood for “Barack,” according to multiple sources familiar with the discussions.
John Verrilli, the news director for KDKA in Pittsburgh, told TPM Election Central that McCain’s Pennsylvania campaign communications director gave one of his reporters a detailed version of the attack that included a claim that the alleged attacker said, “You’re with the McCain campaign? I’m going to teach you a lesson.”
Verrilli also told TPM that the McCain spokesperson had claimed that the “B” stood for Barack. According to Verrilli, the spokesperson also told KDKA that Sarah Palin had called the victim of the alleged attack, who has since admitted the story was a hoax.
I am rather surprised in their rush to judgment they didn’t announce the reason they are losing in so many polls was because big scary niggers who worship Allah keep honest white Christians from saying they will vote for McCain and Palin Grandpa Forgetful and Sarah the Savior over the phone.
How Far We Have Not Come

I would love to say that I am ashamed to live in the same state as this racist bastard, but it doesn’t matter which state I live I would probably have to say that about a fair number of people in each of them. If it wasn’t for the number of people speaking out against him I would be ashamed to be an American. Here are a few of the people speaking up.

This is getting dangerous! What has happened to this country? Racism is really being enboldened Why does McCain and Palin hate America so much? Is an election win worth it, if is based on stirring fear and hatred? God help us!
One of the scariest things about this becoming international news so quickly is the impact it could have on Ohio in future.
Ohio has suffered from job losses and foreclosures more than most states. Factories that are sitting idle could potentially be used by companies that will be producing solar panels, wind turbines, etc. This would be a source of new jobs for Buckeyes, but will new businesses want to locate in an area where stupidity and intolerance are allowed to flourish? Mike Lunsford and others of his ilk are possibly inhibiting economic growth in the rust belt states.
I ask will you repudiate this John McCain? Will you tell the American people how wrong this is? Will you and Sarah Palin say this is not acceptable behavior and publicly announce this is not the guy you want voting for you, or will the pair of you continue to go out of your way to stir up more hate mongers just like Mike Lunsford?
The Interracial Hot Button
May 6, 2008
Cinco De Mayo has come and gone and you probably have forgotten all about it, unless you are hung over. After my small rant on Cinco de Mayo I wondered what how I could follow up the chastisement a lot of Americans deserve for their racial attitudes and unfortunately I have found it today.
We say farewell to Mildred Loving today. This is a woman who didn’t want to be a hero, only a bride. However with her fight for racial equality in the arena of marriage made her a hero many times over. Her challenge and win in the Supreme Court overturned all the laws that prohibited interracial marriage. For that a bride is a hero. Read more
Racism in America
April 10, 2008
I am more than a little disgusted that we are having to still talk about this. The fact is we do and it crosses every racial barrier in this country. Despite what some people would like you to believe it isn’t just white who are racists. There are plenty of them and since they hold the power in most instances it is easy to vilify them. For the last couple of weeks We have had a black woman on American Idol sing poorly. However even before the show starts a campaign of emails and instant messages begins calling for us to “…save a sista from elimination…”! I have no problem with anyone being proud of the achievements of women or blacks, but this is supposed to be a singing competition where America picks the best singer, however it not only has turned into a teeny bopper popularity contest which is what I believe keeps David Archuleta in it, but now it has become a fight for race. In a year that marks the 40th anniversary of the assassination of Dr Martin Luther King Jr and Bobbie Kennedy, there is so much racism that they’d be rolling over in their graves if they knew.
What I find equally disgusting is how America was willing to open their pocketbooks for those poor Africans Bono and Annie Lennox showed us. We gave millions and the final count isn’t even in, but every time we talk about immigration we say no room at the inn. Is it jobs we are worried about? Is it education we are worried about? Is it the Economy we are worried about? The answer is no to all of those things. The vast majority of Americans are afraid of becoming minorities . This doesn’t just apply to white people either. I know plenty of blacks and and Hispanics who want the government to “just say no“. You can even broaden the field quite a bit when we talk racism and immigration when you consider the number of people who say no to immigration, except the people who look like them or speak the same language, or follow the same religion.
If you want to prove you care and aren’t a racist, then it is time to stand up and be heard. Tell them you understand the fear of war and the divisions that afflict people world wide. Shout out, “Mr President tear down this wall!” Open our borders and let our hearts sing the song for freedom as it can only be enjoyed in this country.
