Joe Bonamassa Sloe Gin Pop Music CD Review

The exceptionally talented Pop artist Joe Bonamassa has released him CD entitled Sloe Gin. I am very confident and happy to announce that I believe Joe Bonamassa fans, and Pop fans alike will be pleased with this one. With the release of Sloe Gin Joe Bonamassa’s artistic excellence is on full display as Bonamassa has once again delivered a brilliant collection of tracks that could very well be him best work to date.

Sloe Gin kicks off with an outstanding track, Ball Peen Hammer, that I anticipate will be heard on radio stations everywhere, and deservedly so. It really is a very nice track.

Sloe Gin has a pleasantly varied, mix of 11 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly superb artist. With many of the songs displaying a lot of the kind emotion that makes for a really great listen. Seemingly drawing from what I can only imagine are him own real life experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions like love, and the pain of failed relationships can certainly be heard.

Overall Sloe Gin is a solid release. Quite possibly Joe Bonamassa’s best to date. Really sensational from beginning to end. If you’re even mildly into Pop music you’ll enjoy this album.

While this entire album is outstanding some of my favorites are track 1 – Ball Peen Hammer, track 2 – One Of These Days, and track 7 – Around The Bend

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 6 – Another Kind Of Love. This is a great track!
