We have gone too far this time in niche laws and micro niche terminology. NFL player Charles Grant, of New Orleans Saints, has been arrested and charged with feticide. That means he is being charged with killing both a woman and her fetus. The laws have gone too far.
Is it more of [...]

Who’s Watching Me Now… The IRS?
Posted on 15 May 2008
While some of you might recognize the lyrics of Rockwell’s super hit of the 80’s and laugh, you should probably think twice about before clicking your next hyperlink. It has recently been reported that for some time now the FBI has been using fake hyperlinks to trap suspected downloaders of illegal porn. While I can [...]
Sensationalism Triumphs Over Facts
Posted on 08 May 2008
Fact in Idaho a 10 year old girl gives birth. Fact she was the victim of statutory rape maybe as young as nine. Fact the man involved is 37. Fact he is an illegal alien. Instead of this case being about the poor girl and her baby, this case is sensationalized to be about an [...]

Cinco De Mayo has come and gone and you probably have forgotten all about it, unless you are hung over. After my small rant on Cinco de Mayo I wondered what how I could follow up the chastisement a lot of Americans deserve for their racial attitudes and unfortunately I have found it today.

Posted on 29 April 2008

Posted on 24 March 2008
WASHINGTON — The steady loss of “good jobs” by less-educated workers has left them more vulnerable to recession than at any time in nearly 30 years, and signs are mounting that a recession is either already here or coming soon.
There comes a point in time when we have to open our eyes to the reality [...]

Arbella Perkins Ewings blew out all 114 candles on her birthday cake on March 13 and quietly took part in the celebration that comes with being the third-oldest person in the world.

The State of Education in The States
Posted on 11 March 2008
Two education stories hit me this week as blog worthy. First, is about the encouragement that Madonna got as a teen. Secondly, WTF is up in Oklahoma?
From Madonna’s Rock Hall induction speech:
She (Madonna) fondly remembered a teacher, who encouraged her to follow her dreams when she was only 14,
Well that is just dandy, and really [...]
