We have gone too far this time in niche laws and micro niche terminology. NFL player Charles Grant, of New Orleans Saints, has been arrested and charged with feticide. That means he is being charged with killing both a woman and her fetus. The laws have gone too far.
Is it more of [...]

Reproductive Rights vs Responsibilities
Posted on 13 May 2008
In the modern age, the latest roaring battle cry from women is “Reproductive Rights”. I find myself questioning the whole notion, on a legal level and an ethical level. Here is your opportunity to speak out.
My first instinct is that yes women have reproductive rights. The more I think about it on a legal level [...]
The Interracial Hot Button

Cinco De Mayo has come and gone and you probably have forgotten all about it, unless you are hung over. After my small rant on Cinco de Mayo I wondered what how I could follow up the chastisement a lot of Americans deserve for their racial attitudes and unfortunately I have found it today.
We say [...]
Colleges Finally Going Coed
Posted on 04 May 2008
Colleges are finally buckling down and truly going coed. The last big hurdle that many of them jumped was more than quarter century ago with coed dormitory buildings. Now, the first wave of universities are allowing coed dorm rooms for those that want them.
Yes Ladies and Gents, your boys and girls can now share a [...]
Racism in America
Posted on 10 April 2008
I am more than a little disgusted that we are having to still talk about this. The fact is we do and it crosses every racial barrier in this country. Despite what some people would like you to believe it isn’t just white who are racists. There are plenty of them and since they hold [...]

Social Hypocrisy
Posted on 18 March 2008
In what I can call another case of social hypocrisy, the laws of the land are flaunted and abused to create niche crimes.
COLUMBIA - Richland County Sheriff deputies arrested a 37-year old woman and have charged her with homicide by child abuse, according to WLTX-TV.
Charlene Green was arrested this week after toxicology results revealed that [...]
The State of Education in The States
Posted on 11 March 2008
Two education stories hit me this week as blog worthy. First, is about the encouragement that Madonna got as a teen. Secondly, WTF is up in Oklahoma?
From Madonna’s Rock Hall induction speech:
She (Madonna) fondly remembered a teacher, who encouraged her to follow her dreams when she was only 14,
Well that is just dandy, and really [...]
Today’s Yahoo News Round Up!

On the Election front, McCain clinched the republican nomination, which is no surprise. Hillary and Barack are still slugging it out which is worrisome to me. Too many democrats seem to be holding grudges and if the queer the deal in for us in the fall I don’t care if the are man or woman; [...]
