For those that don’t know Beatles Rock Band was released this week.  For those who don’t care, let me say there was also other tech news this week.  Here are a few articles I enjoyed.

From a marketing standpoint, money can’t buy a more exquisitely perfect demographic than airline passengers: bored, opinionated, and current users of the company’s product. Why are airlines passing up the opportunity to collect data or sell products in exchange for free in-flight wifi?

We’ve all had this problem at one time or another.  I currently have far more network cables than I need, sort of like the collection of computer power cords and short RCA connectors that I have been collecting over the years.  However I must say this is an ingenius little fix and would be easy to do with products I always have on hand.  (I also have a RJ-45 crimper and can do the job properly, but I didn’t always.)
